DO:    

• Choose a professional who carries liability insurance for pet care providers.
• Choose a professional who has references, and contact those references!
• Choose a professional who uses business contracts, and obtains all information on your pets before the first visit.
• Meet the professional and any employees or contractors who will care for your pet.
• Ask questions!
• Choose a professional who loves animals, and who your pet bonds with.

DON'T:

• Hire an inexpensive 'hobby sitter' - your pets deserve a professional
• Wait until the last minute - plan ahead, book early!
